Please NOTE the new cancellation policy for the Dev Nationals 2024 in Daytona Beach (for all host hotels):
o Cancellation occurs within 24 hours of booking – no penalty
o Cancellation occurs after 24 hours but prior to 7 days to arrival - $100 penalty for any cancellation (per reservation).
o Cancellation occurs 7 days (or less) prior to arrival - $100 penalty PLUS late cancellation fee of 1-night’s room + tax (per reservation).
*If cancellation is required due to athlete injury, a doctor’s note will be needed to consider any waiver of cancellation penalties.
